This policy describes how SNT GROUP (M) SDN BHD delivers services after payment is received through our website, worker portal, mobile app, or approved payment gateways.

1. Services Delivered

  • Work permit and visa renewal payment processing
  • CIDB registration and renewal support (construction sector)
  • EPF/KWSP and FOMEMA-related payment and record support
  • Document verification and submission assistance
  • Payment status updates and receipt issuance
  • Live chat and customer support

2. Delivery Channels

  • Worker mobile app (Android)
  • Worker portal: portal.sntgroupmalaysia.com
  • Email and push notifications
  • In-person support at our registered office
  • Submission to government authorities where required

3. After Successful Payment

  • A payment receipt or transaction record is generated in the system
  • The worker/company account is updated with payment status
  • Processing of the related service begins according to internal workflow

4. Estimated Timelines

  • Online payment confirmation: immediate to 1 business day
  • Portal / account update: immediate to 24 hours
  • Document review: 1 to 3 business days
  • Work permit / visa renewal processing: subject to employer, document completeness, and immigration authority timelines
  • CIDB processing: subject to construction sector requirements and document validity

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Submit accurate work permit, CIDB, visa, and employment information
  • Upload clear and valid supporting documents
  • Respond promptly to requests for missing information
  • Ensure payment is made for the correct worker and service item

6. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to incomplete documents, public holidays, employer approval delays, payment verification issues, or force majeure events. We will notify customers through the app, portal, email, or phone where possible.
